Bob Rehme and Nick Grillo will be responsible for bringing B.E.G. high concept studio projects. As part of this deal, B.E.G. has created a first look deal with Nick Grillo, which will allow Grillo to develop film and television properties with the company.

Rehme currently heads Rehme Productions, an independent film and television production company. He was Co-Chairman and CEO of New World Entertainment, Inc. from 1983-89. After a successful tenure supervising worldwide marketing and distribution for Universal Pictures in the early 1980’s he was named President. In 1999, Rehme was appointed to the Board of Directors of National Film Preservation Foundation (NFPF), a nonprofit organization created by the U.S. Congress, dedicated to saving America’s film heritage. He was one of the NFPF's first supporters and was instrumental in advancing efforts on film preservation.

Grillo served as co-producer for Turner’s GODS AND GENERALS, released earlier this year via Warner Bros. Between 2001 and 2003, Grillo produced a diverse line-up of television features such as the Showtime’s DEACONS FOR DEFENSE starring Forest Whitaker, Ossie Davis and Jonathan Silverman and the award-nominated CONVICTION with Omar Epps and Dana Delaney.
