Baldwin Entertainment Group (B.E.G.) is a film entertainment company dedicated to creating and developing high-concept, quality commercial films. B.E.G. has a proven management team with expertise and experience in finding, developing, and packaging material, as well as supervising all aspects of physical production. The company strives to produce films in a variety of genres with compelling stories.

B.E.G. has demonstrated the ability to take a project from concept to theatrical release. The company has several film properties set for release during the 2004-2005 year and a full slate of projects in active development.

Nick Ruta, as Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at Baldwin Entertainment Group is responsible for the legal, financial and administrative affairs of the company. Prior to Baldwin Entertainment, Mr. Ruta functioned in the same capacity for Crusader Entertainment, LLC from 2000 through 2004. Prior to Crusader, Mr. Ruta was a Vice President of Business Affairs for Baldwin/Cohen Productions, Inc from 1987 through 2000. Mr. Ruta was a Vice President of the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins from 1992 through 1998 and Vice President/Secretary of Baldwin Sports & Entertainment Group from 1992 through current. He created and was the Principal of Shallowbrook Securities, an NASD registered Broker dealer. Mr. Ruta has a Masters Degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.
